Set in an undisclosed location within Finnish Lapland, Octola II invites guests to step into their own estate surrounded by near-silent boreal forests, untouched snowfields, and panoramic views of the Arctic horizon.

The location offers the rarest natural luxuries: near-total silence, uninterrupted serenity, and some of the world’s most spectacular aurora borealis displays — visible over 200 nights a year. Accessible only by private transfer, the retreat remains completely off-grid, ensuring absolute seclusion.

The all-new Octola II Ultra Lodge is nearly 800 m² in size and features five ensuite bedrooms, an in-house spa with three distinct saunas, a children’s playroom, a fully-equipped gym, a cigar lounge, two staff rooms, and a dedicated Northern Lights-viewing space.

The Octola II Supersuite Villa offers two equally large ensuite bedrooms, each with its own sauna, bath, and outdoor hot tub. Its glass-framed living area provides an uninterrupted stage for aurora viewing — an intimate escape ideal for families, friends, or two couples.
